what was in the cooler?

We went to an El Salvadorian restaurant called La Fe which like all restaurants we enjoy is characterized by plastic tablecloths glued to the table. No one knows for sure what the name means but my super-cool friend Bryant thinks it refers to the fire that develops in your bowels after a hearty repast. We noticed that everything is super tasty because it seems to be made of cheese! even the rice was made of cheese. So then we were sitting there and a furtive-looking guy came in with a small cooler covered with a cloth. Keep your eyes on this guy, I told Olga, this could be important! A transaction of some kind took place- goods were inspected, currency exchanged. But what was in the cooler? Olga said, that man is a traveling cheese-vendor, an itinerant cheese-merchant flogging his wares. Why this explains everything: they’re buying on the black cheese-market.
