I bought some very peculiar Mexican cheese at the local market! For one thing it’s all dry and crumbly which is kind of strange, and for another thing it doesn’t melt. It is a dry non-melting crumbly cheese and it is freaking me out. Also, what should I use it for? Maybe I could make a “cheese salad”?
