Well a while ago my dad was kicking my mom in his sleep even though they’re both super old so he went to the doctor and the doctor said, “perhaps you should try eating a banana before you go to bed,” and my dad said “will that help?” and the doctor said, “I do not know.” So he started eating a banana every night and it worked, I asked my mom and she said, “dad has not been kicking me in his sleep.” I guess it had something to do with vitamin K, but anyway after a few months my dad noticed that he was slowly, inexorably gaining weight and he realized it was that banana. So he switched to eating a half a banana every night and that seems to do the trick, well he still kicks my mom in his sleep but only half as much as before.
