You’ll be glad to hear that I finally got the two halves of my crankcase back together although there’s a slight problem with the bolt clearances which may necessitate removing the transmission outer and inner end covers, which means my careful work assembling the kickstart ratchet pinion assembly and timing the gearshift quadrant will have to be repeated. The other thing that happened was, my super-cool friend Bryant and I finally found an office for our top-secret new business enterprise. It’s totally great, one of the things we like about it is that there isn’t a deranged cobbler in the back hiding behind a pole like that other place. Also it’s a great location, right on Sunset Boulevard practically right next door to the Shortstop which is where people do that crazy ass-shaking slow-motion dance. And the rent is super cheap. We’re going to meet the landlord tomorrow to sign the lease and then it will be time to go into action!
